To get on our waiting list for any of our dogs puppies, you must fill out a questionaire.
All of our puppies are AKC and APRI registered. They have all of their vet care up until the time they leave. A four generation pedigree is provided. The also come with a bag of food to help ease the transition into a new home. We offer complete support to any of our buyers by phone or email. We will microchip if requested. Our contract gives a 2 year genetic guarentee on Mastiffs. Email us to request a copy of our contract.

Pets with APRI papers $500
AKC breeding contracts $1000 males $1200 females
AKC show contracts $1500

We accept puppy payments by walmart (Money Gram), pay pal and money order. The deposit is non refunable and is based on your purchase price. For pets it is half the purchase price and for the AKC contracts it is $500. The AKC contract deposits can be made in 1 payment or 2 payments of $250. If choosing 2 payments, the second payment is due 2 weeks from the first. The puppies need to be paid in full by 8 weeks of age unless other arrangements are made.
